The model though has no control over the size of her bust because she suffers from a rare condition known as gigantomastia.

This means her breast tissue keeps multiplying.

While Korina did have a boob job before being diagnosed, they have since doubled in size.

Korina told the British porn star Tanya Tate on her Skinfluencer Success podcast: “Right now they are getting to the point where it is hard to be at airports and travel and it is hard to be at restaurants.

“They are getting so big that [...] people are just quite rude about it.

“It’s not a compliment when they are this big because it is this big distraction when you are going to eat and people are giggling and talking.

“I call them circus boobs right now. I just went on a Mexico vacation and I went to an all adults resort and even the adults couldn’t even behave.

“People called out from across the pool like ‘oh my god your t*ts are huge’ and it is embarrassing.

“Plus now the back problems are going to start happening.”

The Canadian model said she felt pressured to wear baggy clothes when she is out and about.

The OnlyFans star had no plastic surgery before she gave up exotic dancing to become a raunchy solo creator.

Korina said she blamed social media for making her question whether her body needed altering.

Although her implants are now covered by breast tissue she is often asked by fans, who are not aware of her condition, if she has had further boob augmentations.

What is gigantomastia?

Gigantomastia, or breast hypertrophy, is a rare condition where excessive breast tissue growth causes the sufferer to develop extremely large and disproportionate breasts.

The speed at which the breasts grow can vary, from over a few weeks to over several years, according to the Cleveland Clinic.

It can happen during puberty, pregnancy or from taking medication.

In some cases, it occurs spontaneously and for no reason.

The condition is characterised by breasts that have an excess of at least 5 pounds of breast tissue and/or extra breast tissue that equals more than 3 per cent of your total body weight.

What causes gigantomastia isn’t entirely known but researchers believe it may be influenced by various factors including hormonal changes, such as pregnancy; medications like penicillamine and bucillamine; autoimmune conditions like lupus or arthritis; extreme obesity or even genetics.

Gigantomastia can cause a number of problems, including:

  • Neck and back pain.
  • Inability to walk, run or exercise.
  • Infections of the skin around the bra area.
  • Pain in the breasts.
  • Breastfeeding (chestfeeding) issues.
  • Itchy or inflamed skin.

There can also be emotional and social issues like depression, anxiety or poor body image.

She said: “The plus side of things is that I am in that big boob market and there are so many fans in that category.

“When I first got the breast augmentation I thought it was the perfect size I always wanted to be so I am really sad they have now doubled.

“But at this point I am using it to my advantage because they pass for natural and they also pass for unnatural, so I tap into both markets.”

Korina is now working on her core and posture with a trainer so she can stay has healthy as possible.
